Payments and Refund Policy
All sales are final, no refunds will be issued. As we are offering non-tangible digital goods. We do not provide refunds once order had been placed due to the nature of the service. If you find a spelling error or other mistake on your document that was our fault, please notify us by email within ten (10) days from the date that your order was delivered on and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge once we have verified the error. If you find an error that was not our fault you will need to submit a new order to obtain a corrected document. If you ordered additional copies of your document but did not receive them with your shipment, please notify us by email within one (1) day from the date that your order was delivered to notify us of the error. By placing an order on our site you agree to abide by our refund and return procedures and agree that you will not initiate a charge back claim with PayPal. If you break this agreement your account will be accessed a $30 collection fee and will be turned over to a collection agency for recovery of funds.
Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the confirmation of order from paypal. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us.
